Pull day workout today. Warmed up with row machine, not shown, and focused on back and some bicep work. . Nothing too major to report today. Feel like I'm getting better at slowing down the neg and focusing on engagement. . A lot of business stuff going on this week for Gear for Gods and less sewing, working more on that more towards end of week.
