Some days...well if I’m honest most days at one point or another, I have to stop, take a moment, take a breath and look around. Today I was filming and caught myself in this moment. • In the moments like this, I see where I am, I feel the air on my skin, smell the dusty breeze, hear the birds sing, and usually I taste the salt of grateful tears. Grateful for so so many things on the good days - on the bad days, it’s harder to find, but every day - every single day, I do remember that the stars aligned, a hero stepped in, and I fought to come home.
