El periodista venezolano Carlos Peña Pernalete fue seleccionado entre uno de los tres ganadores de un tradicional concurso literario que organiza anualmente la Biblioteca de Santiago, y de esta forma se convirtió en el único extranjero en recibir el reconocimiento. . Desde hace 10 años se realiza “Cartas de Amor”, una iniciativa que promueve el fomento escritor y lector. El venezolano ganó con su obra titulada “Entre dos terruños”, donde se narra la conmovedora experiencia de abandonar su país de origen, pero a su vez, dedica algunas líneas para agradecer a Chile por abrirle las puertas. . “Intenté plasmar en 600 palabras todas las emociones que uno experimenta cuando se emigra. PARTE 1: Lo barato sale Caro, Mi Historia👇🏾 Antes de subir esta foto lo pensé muchísimo pero e decidido hacerlo porque quiero contar mi testimonio y decirles que al igual que muchas de ustedes sufrí de bullying, depresión,complejos de NO colocarme un vestido de baño o short y sobre todo inseguridad de si misma cuando me declararon OBESIDAD nivel I😱.Tenia celulitis, me salieron estrías,gorditos por todos lados 🙈y flacidez . En esta foto pesaba aprox. 75kg y al ser baja de estatura me veía más gorda y con más edad😥Todo empezó desde el día en que un pantalón no me quedó y ya me tocaría empezar a usar la siguiente talla😔 Decidí comenzar un estilo de vida saludable pero como nos pasa muchas veces, estamos motivados 🙌🏽 pagamos el gym pero sólo vamos una semana y no volvemos🙋🏽‍♀️... Se me hizo muy difícil comenzar sobre todo tener que dejar de comer 🍟🍔🥐🥤🍫para ver resultados... Haciendo ejercicio me daba la pálida 🤢 Me dieron ataques de ansiedad en donde tragaba como una 🐷 a escondidas. He pasado por todas las dietas existentes (La piña,la pechuga, la lechuga, la de la vecina, etc),Tomé pastillas baratas” ⬅️ (Nooo lo hagan, porque las consecuencias son peores y se los digo por experiencia “LO BARATO SALE CARO”😩), Me realicé tratamientos estéticos donde la platica se perdió meses después🙈en finnnnn de todo.
